These terms apply to all purchases from Medicuff, a store operated by NOVARE GROUP CONSULTING (EURL), 610 Route de Marignan, 74140 Sciez, France. Contact: novaregroupconsulting@gmail.com.

Products

Medicuff bracelets are identification accessories engraved with a medical condition or medication. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always follow your doctor's advice. Product photos are for illustration; minor variations may occur. Eliquis is a trademark of its respective owner; Medicuff is not affiliated with or endorsed by the trademark owner.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Tracked UK delivery is free on orders of 2 or more bracelets and costs £3.95 for a single bracelet. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. You have 60 days from delivery to ask for an exchange or a refund. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel within 14 days, are not affected.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
