Paramedic checking a woman's Blood Thinner medical alert bracelet

WHAT HAPPENS

If you can't speak, your wrist does.

1. A fall, a faint or a seizure.
You feel confused, or can't answer questions.

2. A paramedic checks your wrist.
It's one of the first places they look.

3. They know straight away.
Your condition is right there, so they can treat you accordingly.

  • Older woman sitting on the kitchen floor after a fall

A minor fall can hide something serious

On a blood thinner, with diabetes, kidney disease or a pacemaker, what looks minor can need urgent care. Responders need to know straight away.

  • Locked smartphone on a kitchen table

    Phones lock. Wallets get lost.

A locked phone in another room can't speak for you. A bracelet on your wrist always can.

  • Paramedic checking a beaded medical alert bracelet on a woman's wrist

Without information, they have to guess

Your condition changes how a fall, a faint or a seizure should be handled. If nobody can tell them, responders have to work it out.

  • Paramedics helping an older woman at home

    The right care, faster

Clear information on your wrist helps responders make the right choices from the very first minute.

WORN BY

For yourself, or for someone you love.

Some buy one after a new prescription. Some buy one for a parent after a fall, or for a partner on the same medication. The reason is always the same: the moment when seconds count.

  • Gold Blood Thinner medical alert bracelet worn on a woman's wrist

    For yourself

After a new prescription, a diagnosis or a fall. Or simply because you've been meaning to.

NEW PRESCRIPTION · AFTER A STROKE · AFTER A DIAGNOSIS

  • Daughter fastening a medical alert bracelet on her father's wrist

    For your mum or dad

Peace of mind for you, especially when you don't live nearby.

AFTER A FALL · LIVES ALONE · LIVES FAR AWAY

  • Older couple walking arm in arm

    For your partner

For the one whose medication you know better than they do. Often bought as a pair.

NEW MEDICATION · HEART CONDITION · BOUGHT AS A PAIR

  • Woman arriving home after a hospital stay

    After a scare

A hospital visit, a close call or a friend's stroke. The thing you've put off, finally done.

    AFTER A&E · AFTER A FALL · A CLOSE CALL

  • Older couple at an airport before a holiday

    Before you travel

A holiday, a long flight or a road trip with the grandchildren. Worn quietly, ready if needed.

CRUISES · LONG FLIGHTS · ROAD TRIPS

QUESTIONS

Asked and answered.

Will responders actually look at my bracelet?

Medical ID jewellery is widely recognised and the wrist is one of the first places checked. The clear engraving and medical symbol make it easy to see at a glance.

Which conditions are available?

Choose the engraving that fits you: TYPE 2 DIABETES, TYPE 1 DIABETES, ELIQUIS, BLOOD THINNER, KIDNEY DISEASE or PACEMAKER. It's engraved clearly on a polished bar, so anyone checking your wrist understands it straight away. Your personal details go on the free Emergency ID Card.

What if my medication changes?

If you take a blood thinner, the BLOOD THINNER engraving stays accurate even if you switch from one blood thinner to another. Just update your Emergency ID Card.

Which size should I choose?

One adjustable size. The lobster clasp and extender chain let you adjust it to fit most wrists. Not the right fit? We'll exchange it.

What's it made of?

Stainless steel beads with a polished engraved bar, in silver or gold tone, with a lobster clasp and extender chain.

Can I shower or swim with it on?

Stainless steel copes with everyday splashes. To keep the finish bright, take it off before swimming and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.

Can I add my own engraving?

Each bracelet comes engraved with the condition and the medical symbol. Personal engraving isn't available yet, which is why every order includes a free Emergency ID Card for your own details.

Why would I buy more than one?

Many customers buy one for themselves and one for a partner or parent, or keep a second one for travel.

My phone already has my medical info. Why a bracelet?

Phones get locked, run out of battery or get left behind. A bracelet stays on you and needs no unlocking.

How does the 60-day guarantee work?

Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or a full refund. No complicated forms.

How long does delivery take?

Tracked UK delivery, usually 5–10 working days. Free on 2 or more bracelets, £3.95 for a single bracelet.

Is this a medical device?

No. It's an identification accessory and doesn't replace medical advice. Always follow your doctor's advice.

Don’t wait for the day you need it.
